Return & Refund Policy — Posies Shop

All Sales Are Final Due to the handcrafted, curated nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all listing details, photos, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out to us at posiesshop@gmail.com — we're happy to help!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging every order, and all items are inspected before shipment. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review your inquiry and do our best to make it right. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost — no return required. Please note that requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be accommodated, as we cannot verify the condition of items beyond that timeframe.

Mystery & Surprise Items Our Lucky Scoops, Cozy Boxes, and mystery bundles are curated surprise experiences. Because the element of surprise is central to these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, item selection, or not liking what was received. We recommend reviewing the item descriptions and category options carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital add-ons (ASMR packaging videos, tips)

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes. Posies Shop is not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs. Please verify import restrictions for your country before ordering, particularly for self-care items such as lip balms, fragrance sachets, and shower steamers.

Lost or Missing Packages We know how heartbreaking it can be to wait for a package that never arrives — and we truly want every Posies Shop order to find its way to you safely. 🌿

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package appears stuck in transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings — Check around your door, with neighbors, your mailbox, or any safe drop locations your carrier may have used
  2. Wait 2–3 business days — Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered 1–2 days early, and delays do happen
  3. Contact your local post office — USPS can sometimes locate packages that were misdelivered or held at a facility
  4. Reach out to us — If your package is still missing after 7 business days from the marked delivery date (or 30 days from the ship date for packages still in transit), please email us at posiesshop@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information

Please note:

  • Posies Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier errors, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control
  • For international orders, please allow additional time before reporting a missing package, as customs processing can cause significant delays

We will do our best to work with you and the carrier to investigate the situation. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages in all cases, we review every inquiry with care and will always try to find a fair resolution. 💜
