Processing Time

  • Orders without a TikTok video: Processed and shipped within 5–10 business days
  • Orders with a TikTok video: Processed and shipped within 7–12 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During the holiday season, processing times may be extended due to high order volume

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method

International Shipping We now ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

  • 0–1 lb: $15 | Est. 7–21 business days (transit only)
  • 1.1–3 lbs: $22 | Est. 7–21 business days (transit only)
  • 3.1–6 lbs: $35 | Est. 6–10 business days (transit only)
  • 6.1–10 lbs: $55 | Est. 6–10 business days (transit only)
  • 10.1–15 lbs: $85 | Est. 6–10 business days (transit only)
  • 15.1–18 lbs: $110 | Est. 6–10 business days (transit only)

Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include processing time. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Posies Shop is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or confiscated by customs. Some products (including lip balms, fragrance sachets, and shower steamers) may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries — please verify with your local customs authority before ordering.

Order Tracking A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please note that international tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
