Returns & Refunds

All Posies Secret Series boxes are assembled to order and are final sale. Because each box is curated specifically for your chosen theme and prepared upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or shipped boxes.

If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please contact us at Posiesshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. 🌸

Availability

The Posies Secret Series is released in limited quantities per theme. Each theme typically has 5 or fewer boxes available — once a theme sells out, it’s gone for good. There are no restocks for retired editions. ✨ If you’ve been eyeing a theme, don’t wait — these go fast.

Our packages are prepared in a home where a few beloved cats have claimed every sunny windowsill and cozy corner as their own. They don’t help with the packing (we’ve asked), but they are very much part of the magic here. 🌸🐱
