A Note on Our Gacha Menu
Our Gacha collection is always evolving — we love refreshing it regularly with new and seasonal finds. Items are hand-selected from whatever is currently available on our Gacha menu within your chosen tier. Listing images are examples and may not reflect the exact current selection. 🌿
Preference Policy
Due to the curated, high-value nature of our Gacha items, we are unable to accept general item preference requests for any Gacha tier. Each piece is carefully hand-selected by our team to ensure the best possible match for your chosen tier, and we truly put love into every pick. 🌟
We do, however, accommodate the following exceptions — please note these in the “Special Instructions” section at checkout:
- 🤍 Metal allergies — if you have a sensitivity or allergy to metal jewelry, let us know and we’ll select an alternative item in place of any jewelry pieces
- 🌸 Scent sensitivities — if you’d like to avoid any scented items, please mention it and we’ll do our best to accommodate
- 🔄 Returning customers — no duplicate Gacha — if you’ve ordered a Gacha from us before and would like to avoid receiving the same item again, just let us know in your order notes and we’ll do our best to select something different for you
